No, NZ Isolation Accommodation does not charge any fees for listing your property or any commission for bookings that may be secured as a result of listing with us. NZ Isolation Accommodation is a free service for all involved.

All listings on NZ Isolation Accommodation are linked to your existing website and booking system. NZ Isolation Accommodation doesn’t collect any money or take any bookings on behalf of accommodation providers.

No, you don’t need to offer a special package for those requiring isolation accommodation—but we do think it’s a good idea! A reduced rate or inclusions such as meals, breakfast ingredients, hand sanitiser or additional cleaning may be helpful to those seeking self-isolation accommodation and can help your property stand out.

Yes, all properties on NZ Isolation Accommodation are available to those who have confirmed cases of COVID-19, those who have been exposed to a confirmed case and those at high risk of acquiring the virus.

Your booking will be made directly through the accommodation provider, not through NZ Isolation Accommodation. Please contact your accommodation provider directly if you do not receive a confirmation or have any concerns regarding your booking.

We have requested that every property listed with NZ Isolation Accommodation is thoroughly cleaned and sanitised prior to guest arrival as per the cleaning recommendations at www.health.govt.nz. If you would like to know more about the cleaning processes or products that have been utilised at a specific property, please contact the accommodation provider directly.

We have a wide variety of properties listed on NZ Isolation Accommodation and all have different inclusions. If you can’t see any specific information regarding internet access in the listing, please contact the accommodation provider directly for more information.
